Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation

Pediatric rehabilitation provides therapy in a child-friendly environment that is fun as well as therapeutic.

The therapists working with our children are trained pediatric specialists. Children seen may have been diagnosed with:Small child in the ball pit

  • Head injury,
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Orthopaedic conditions
  • Neuromuscular disease
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Congenital abnormalities
  • Arthritis
  • Autism
  • Sensory integrative dysfunction
  • Spina bifida

Children may require more than one type of therapy. Outpatient rehabilitation offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and/or speech and language pathology.

Referral process


A physician prescription may be dropped off at our office or faxed using the address or fax number below. Once received our referral coordinators will request financial clearance from your insurance company and will call you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.

Medi-Cal patients require a treatment authorization request (TAR) that is sent to the Medi-Cal office for authorization. This process may take a few weeks. Once the authorization has been received from Medi-Cal, we will call you to set up an appointment.

Our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. to accommodate patients and family members who need appointments before or after work, school, or during a lunch hour.
